My roommate and I are currently looking for a third roommate. We both work at a nearby hospital as RNs. We are in our early 20's, very outgoing, and like to go out on the weekends/days off. Additionally, I have a cat that lives with us who is declawed and very affectionate.
The house is located in federal hill (within blocks of the bars and Ravens stadium)-- It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath... hardwood floors, large rooftop deck, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an alarm system. The room that remains unoccupied is available for rent immediately. It is the smallest bedroom (I believe 11.5 x 9.5) and would be rented out for $650+ 1/3 the cost of utilities/alarm system. There is free street parking as well as parking available behind our house. We would like to request that individual is smoke and drug free.

I am a 23 year old female in graduate school seeking another 20 something young professional/grad student to move in July 1st. I am outgoing and social but during the week when I am in school I tend to be more low key. I enjoy going out on the weekends with friends and having a good time. I am pretty laid back but one of my pet peeves is cleaning. If you are not a person that can clean up after themselves in the common areas of the house then you are not the person for me. I am looking for someone similar to me but am open to male/female and gay/straight. I do have a 2 year old Puggle, who is very friendly and lovable. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom and have access to all of the amenities in the house including the kitchen, washing facilities, living room, rooftop deck, and back patio. The town house is 6 blocks from the square and 2 blocks from the Safeway and other Canton shopping. The rent is $700 per month plus utilities that run an average of $100.
